Description

原料成分：以臺灣蓬萊米為原料，採傳統阿米洛法製程釀造，經糖化、發酵、蒸餾後，調和精製食用酒精而成。
風味口感：帶有濃郁的米糧原料香氣，口感清爽，香氣奔放。
是否加鹽：完全不添加食鹽，烹調時不會影響料理的鹹度，可安心使用。
保存期限：未開瓶可無限期保存（部分標示為兩年，但依台酒官方說明，純酒類無限期）。
